Individual Therapy For Adults

I offer one-to-one therapy for adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, confidence and self-esteem, burnout, identity, relationships and the impact of past experiences. Therapy provides a space to explore what you’ve been carrying, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move towards meaningful change.

What To Expect

  • A pair of black earbuds with a brown cord and a black smartphone placed on a plain light gray surface.

    1. Schedule a free consultation

Book an introductory call with instant confirmation at a time that works for you, by completing the form on the contact page. The call is an opportunity to discuss what you would like out of therapy and to ask any questions you might have, to establish if we are the right fit for each other.

  • Woman with curly hair, wearing a white jacket with black buttons, sitting on a red chair, writing in a lined notebook on a table.

    2. Book your first session

Our first session is an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to change, and what kind of support might feel most helpful. It also gives you a chance to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

  • A person's hand holding a small green heart-shaped leaf.

    3. Start your therapy

If you feel I am the right therapist for you and if you would like to continue working with me, we will agree on a regular time slot. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically take place weekly, although we can think together about a pace that feels right for you. I offer both in-person sessions in London Bridge and online.
